- Developed a research advantage analysis platform integrating international and internal databases.

- New dedicated offices, such as Taiwan-Japan Collaboration Office and Strategic Office for Global Semiconductors.

- Strengthening Industry-Academia Collaboration
- NTD 4.45 billion industry-academia projects in 2023.
- Established on-campus R&D centers with major high-tech companies (e.g., WIN Semiconductors, Powerchip).
- Sustainable Campus Implementation
- Published 9,907 SDG-related papers (2019-2023), with FWCI of 1.25 and 154,296 citations.
- Focused on SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) with 7,036 papers and FWCI of 1.30.
- Annually published sustainability reports to showcase collaborations with governments, NGOs, and global institutions.
